Dear Guest, below you will find some indications, the observance of which will allow us to offer you a punctual and quality service, during the entire period of your stay at our facility.
These few indications, which for convenience we have named 'regulations', are useful to avoid the occurrence of even minor misunderstandings with guests, and for us represent a mark of quality and professionalism.

FOREWORD
PALUMMELLE, even before a small accommodation facility, has been the historical residence of a Neapolitan family, which has seen at least four generations alternating
within it.
This is why we require from our guests, not customers, but guests, the same respect that one generally has for one's own home or those of friends and relatives.
The rules to be observed, therefore, are not only those enshrined in the law, but,simply, and perhaps above all, those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.
ARRIVAL
Since this is a small accommodation facility, there is not a 24-hour reception service, as in a hotel, and therefore at the time of booking, as far as possible, please provide us, even indicatively, an estimated time of arrival, communicating, where possible, any significant changes, so that we can guarantee the
presence of staff to receive you.
Upon arrival, each guest will be required to hand over a valid identity document to enable us to provide for the registrations required by current regulations. Failure to comply with this obligation, constituting a violation of regulations stipulated by the Criminal Code, makes it impossible to accommodate people without a document.
The standard Chek-in time is scheduled from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., but as mentioned, the time is also subject to change according to the needs that arise. There are surcharges only for chek-ins after 9 pm.
Rooms will be available from 2.00 pm, if the room was already ready before the check-in time it will be assigned immediately, otherwise it will be possible to leave your luggage at the facility and start familiarizing yourself with the city. Our guests' data will be processed in accordance with current privacy regulations.
DEPARTURE
On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated no later than 10:30 a.m. in order to allow for proper cleaning of the premises that will then have to welcome the guest
nEXT. It is possible to leave your luggage in custody at our facility until 6.00 pm. If, on the other hand, you plan to leave in the morning before 8 a.m., please notify us the day before so that we can safely handle check out and breakfast.
On the day of departure, the two keys to the front door and the front door to the building, respectively, the armored door key and the room access key should be returned. We emphasize that the loss of keys will result in a penalty charge.
BREAKFAST
From 8.00 a.m to 10.00 a.m, PALUMMELLE offers its guests the characteristic Neapolitan breakfast, which we define as Neapolitan breakfast.
However, we will be happy to adapt and integrate our proposal with the indications that the guest will provide upon arrival at the facility.
In-room breakfast service is available only upon request.
BEHAVIORAL RULES
At any time within the facility, behavior, activities, games and use of equipment that may cause disturbance to other guests must be avoided.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult person, and the latter will be held responsible for the behavior of the children in their care.
Behavior must be maintained at all times that at no time of the day and in no way may damage the peace of mind of others.
Please do not slam doors, but accompany them, and if you return home late, kindly use even more caution so as not to disturb those who are already asleep.
Smoking is strictly prohibited, both inside the rooms and in the common areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Please do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper provided by the facility, for everything else please use the bins in the bathroom and room. Also, please do not drop anything into the sinks that could clog the pipes and cause damage to the facility. We emphasize that breakage or simple obstruction of the plumbing system
of the bathroom, due to the guest's failure to comply with these regulations, will result in the charge of the expenses for the intervention of the specialized technician to restore the bathroom's functionality. It is forbidden to let unregistered persons or persons not staying in the B&B into the house.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Reservation requests may be made by e-mail at [email protected], or by telephone at (+39) 338.3113390 - (+39) 338.3329446 - (+39) 340.9679058. The reservation request will be immediately taken care of and, in case of availability for the requested period, we will send, by e-mail, the formal confirmation of the reservation, with the reservation references, to be shown upon arrival at the facility. Generally, for all reservations we require payment, as a deposit, of a sum equal to 30% of the total amount to be paid by bank transfer to the coordinates that will be indicated by e-mail. Payment of the balance is to be made upon arrival by cash, credit card or by bank transfer a few days before arrival.
Within 7 (seven) days of your scheduled arrival date, you may cancel your reservation free of charge, with a refund of the amounts paid in advance, less bank charges incurred for the return. If, however, the cancellation of the reservation is made after ten days, the deposit will not be returned
CLEANING ROOMS AND BATHROOMS
During the period of stay, rooms and bathrooms will be cleaned every two days. The cleaning schedule, for organizational needs, is set between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., unless
different arrangements agreed upon by both parties. If the room turns out to be occupied during that time slot, cleaning will be done the following day.
In order to allow for impeccable cleaning of all rooms, please arrange your personal belongings in such a way as not to hinder such interventions.
We accept no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of items of your property left in the rooms or common areas.
Full change of bed linen and bath sponges is provided upon arrival of each guest, and every two days of stay for towels and every 3 days for sheets.
PENALTIES FOR DAMAGES
The cost for losing the key to the front door of the building, or the room key card, is 15 euros. The cost for the loss of the armored key to the building entrance door is 75.00 euros.
The cost for damage done to the plumbing system are subject to prior assessment by a technician
