1. Is there  a 24-hour front desk?

There is no h24 reception with a concierge as in a hotel, so we ask to be informed about the time of check - in and check-out.

Palummelle is located right in the center on one of the most beautiful streets in Naples, just a short walk from the Metro that connects the entire city. On foot you can reach the historic center, Piazza San Domenico Maggiore, the Duomo, Spaccanapoli, San Gregorio Armeno, Via Toledo, the Lungomare Caracciolo, and the port with embarkations for Ischia and Capri. It is also an excellent base for visiting Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius and the Sorrento coast.

Naples can be visited in any season and even when it rains there are plenty of indoor places to spend the day, from the Umberto I° gallery to Napoli Sotterranea, and for art lovers there are plenty of museums to visit

5. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., but different times can be arranged by contacting our facility in advance. Check-out must be done by 10:00 am. If you wish, you can leave your luggage in our custody on the day of your check-out and pick it up by 6 p.m.
